The article is devoted to one of the most urgent problems of labor relations – mobbing. This is a form of psychological terror, harassment and pressure on an employee by a team, its individuals or managers. The article substantiates relevance of the issue, as well as importance of psychophysical health of a team as the key asset of an organization, ensuring its competitiveness and sustainable development. In this regard, the author attempts to summarize and analyze theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of “mobbing”, necessary for the development of an effective system of preventive measures. To achieve this goal, the article uses traditional scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization. Based on numerous researches, it presents the content of mobbing and determines conditions defining this psychological phenomenon. Legal aspects of protection against mobbing actions in the legislation of foreign countries and Russia are studied. The paper concludes that mobbing significantly affects mental safety in a team, so it is necessary to monitor facts of its manifestation in the workplace, prevent them in a timely manner, and carry out preventive measures. The author presents the program that includes a system of preventive measures in the following areas: zero tolerance to mobbing on the part of an organization; zero tolerance to mobbing on the part of employees; zero tolerance to mobbing on the part of managers. It is this aspect that determines the scientific novelty of the work, as existing anti-mobbing programs consider actions on the part of an organization, employees and the state. The results of the prevention program implementation for all participants are formulated. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the program of mobbing prevention can be applied in organizations of various fields of activity that are interested in high labor results and highly effective development of employees
