Innovation is becoming an integral part of people’s lives. If a few decades ago people could not imagine what a cell phone or a personal computer are, now we are witnessing such unique discoveries as video communication, Internet of things, “smart house” system, artificial organs, etc. Undoubtedly, innovation has a positive impact on the quality of life, which is reflected in the literature. However, due to a number of circumstances (for example, peculiarities of modeling in the context of regression analysis, sampling objectivity in the framework of sociological research) the degree of such impact is not fully understood, especially in the conditions of modern Russian society. Moreover, it is important to understand what components of the quality of life innovations have a greater (or lesser) impact on. The majority of works are about the impact of innovation (not innovative entrepreneurship) on the quality of life, though innovative entrepreneurship is the main driver of the innovation process; it performs the function associated with the innovation transfer into the category of innovation. The purpose of study is to assess the degree of innovative entrepreneurship influence on the quality of life in modern Russian realities. To achieve the purpose, the following problems were solved: the approaches to the definition of “quality of life” were identified, the main components of the population’ quality of life were determined; the systematization of sociological surveys, in which individual aspects of the innovation impact on the quality of life were fixed, was made; the regression analysis, which helped determine the degree of innovation entrepreneurship impact on the components of the population’s quality of life, was carried out. The key method for preparing the article was mathematical modeling. According to the results of the study it was found that innovative entrepreneurship is an important factor that has a significant impact on the quality of life in the Russian regions.
